In order to keep this promise, we start at the breeding stage. All animals have a Wagyu blood content of at least 50%. Everything is produced locally. We can observe the animals daily, know about their needs, see their behavior, and can therefore offer individual care. The distance to the slaughterhouse is just 1.5 km. No animal gets nervous at this small distance. Also, are no other frightened animals waiting there. We always stay in contact. No label program offers such comprehensive coverage.
